✨This week’s message is a gentle reminder to help you get back on track.
🙏🏻We need consistent spiritual routines to help us stay connected to our Spirit Support Team, our passed loved ones and the Universe. Lately, you might have been filling your time with everything other than your spiritual practices. When you disconnect from these practices, you disconnect from your spiritual supports and guidance. You start to doubt you are on the right path, and you start to doubt what you are here to do.
🧘🏻📖So, the message here is to get those spiritual practices back in your schedule. Block time out in your diary and commit to your spiritual connection rituals during that time. Find a time that works for you and build that connection back up to help strengthen your faith. Whether you journal, meditate, chat out loud to your team, sit in the garden, engage in grounding visualisations - find what works for you and do what makes you feel at one with the Universe.
🚫Remember, that sometimes it is imperative that you say ‘no.’ That means, if someone asks you to do something, during your ‘spiritual practice’ time, you say ‘no’ or you find another time to do that thing, when it doesn’t clash with your spiritual practices. You need to give your spirituality attention, to strengthen your connection, which in effect helps to keep you balanced and focused on what’s important.
⏲️Your energy is precious, and how you to choose to spend it sends a clear message to Spirit of what you value most. The more you commit to your spiritual practice, the stronger that connection gets, the better your life flows towards your manifestations and dream reality. So, do not feel bad for setting boundaries, in order to prioritise your self-care and your spirituality. This might even mean, looking at your work schedule and working out what is serving and what is not. Let go of the activities and commitments that are throwing you off balance.
📅Think about what has fallen off the band wagon the past week or two. What spiritual practices do you normally do, but were neglected over the past two weeks? Starting those practices back up could be the perfect place to start, or start a new routine and commit to it for the two weeks to come, and see how your mindset shifts, your energy changes and your connection to Spirit and the Universe begins to level up.
🦋We doubt ourselves most when our connection to Spirit is weak. So, remember who you are, remember what you are here to do, and work with your Spirit Support Team to get yourself back on track.

Spirit says…
Spirit is asking you this week to do the things that make you feel in alignment and close to Spirit. If that means, talking to your Spirit Team, journalling and asking your team for guidance, walking in nature, sitting by the beach, meditation, visiting the grave of a loved one...whatever it is that works for you and helps you to feel deeply connected with Spirit, that is what you are being called to do. Lately, you have been busy. Too busy, in fact. You have not been giving yourself time to rest, or time to engage in your spiritual routines and projects. Spirit is asking you to please prioritise your spiritual health and you connection to Spirit. This might mean that you have to say ‘no’ or set boundaries with some people who are pushing you to do other things, jobs or activities that mean you would have to sacrifice your ‘spiritual time.’
Some of your Spirit Team are really calling out to you: “Don’t forget about us! We need attention too.” But it’s almost like, they need you to give them the attention and time they need, so that your connection with them stays strong, and in effect your life stays balanced and on track. Some people are asking themselves: “Am I even on the right path?” You are only asking yourself these questions because you’ve strayed from your spiritual practices. When your spiritual practices are strong, there is no need for these doubts to sneak in, because you feel that deep connectedness with your Spirit Support Team, you feel their peace and their presence, and you know they’re always guiding you and lighting your path. So, please, stay focused, do what you need to get back your faith. If you reflect on the past week, what have you stopped doing that you normally would do to feel closer to Spirit...start there and then get back into those healthy spiritual routines.
